Returns Policy (UK Mainland)


We are delighted to offer a 14 Day No Risk Trial on ex-stock products from our catalogue. However, goods must be returned in a re-sellable condition and to help you we ask you to follow the easy returns procedure below.

To return goods simply call our Sales Office on 01253 765859. You will be given an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number that should be marked on a copy of the invoice or despatch note and returned with the goods. When returning goods, please include a clear and concise letter stating the reason for return. We will refund the cost of the goods and also the carriage and package charge if the whole order is returned in a re-sellable condition. Products returned not in a re-sellable condition will be subject to additional restocking fees or returned to the customer. All items returned by Royal Mail must be by recorded delivery. We are unable to offer a credit on any items lost in the post. Mark the package ‘Goods Inwards/Returns’. Please note that this policy does not apply outside the UK, or to Custom or Signs and products made to order. Any refunds will be credited to your account immediately after we receive your return.

Once the form is completed and submitted to Mileta we will contact you to advise you of your returns number and how to return the product.

You will be given an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number that should be marked on a copy of the invoice or dispatch note and returned with the goods. When returning goods, please include a clear and concise letter stating the reason for return. Products returned not in a re-sellable condition will be subject to additional restocking fees or returned to the customer. Please note return postage is at the cost of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
